Hot Stamping Foils are specialized metallic or pigmented foil designed for both decorative and functional applications. They are widely used in the printing and packaging industries to add luxurious metallic or vibrant colorful designs to various substrates, including paper, cardboard, and plastic. These foils enhance the visual appeal and perceived value of products, making them ideal for branding, packaging, and promotional materials.

Type S:
For UV Coated Paper, UV Printed Paper
PL Type:
Basic Application
For AS, ABS, PS, PET, PETG, PVC, PU, PA, PMMA, PE, PVC, APET materials, etc
Enhanced attributes
PL1: Over-stampable surface
PL2: Reinforcement on glass fiber products and over-stampable surface
PL4S: Double-sides foil is primarily used for solid stamping on acrylic surfaces.
PL4F: Double-sides foil is primarily used for detailed stamping on acrylic surfaces.
PR Type:
For AS, ABS, PS, PET, PETG, PVC, PU, PA, PMMA, PE, PVC, APET materials, etc.
This type offers an enhanced metallic texture (brighter, better metal effect).
UL Type:
Used for stamping on the electroplated surfaces of plastic products, UV-treated surfaces, and the surfaces of nylon fiber products, as well as mixed rigid plastic materials.
GB Type:
Used for stamping on the UV-treated surfaces of glass products such as wine bottles, and it can withstand baking without cracking or bubbling and is resistant to alcohol.
